The primary benefit of using AI, I believe, is its role in simulating a discussion. A simulated dialogue offers valuable input, helping to sustain momentum in the thought process and prevent cognitive blocks.

What generative AI tools can do is incredible and is the closest we’ve come to the realm of sci-fi in real life. But their amazing abilities are also precisely why it’s so easy for users to imagine AI capabilities to be way more advanced and broad than they are at present.
